Terms & Conditions
Each Coral Gables Auction sale is conducted under the terms published with that auction. By registering to bid, in the gallery or online, you accept those terms together with the general conditions below.
Bidding
- Lots are sold as is, where is. Descriptions and photographs are a guide; condition reports are available on request and previews are held before each sale.
- The auctioneer’s decision on any dispute is final. Buyer’s premium, sales tax, payment and pick-up terms are stated with each auction.
Payment and shipping
- Invoices are due at the close of the sale. Pick-up is at the gallery, 2377 Coral Way, Coral Gables, FL 33145; shipping can be arranged at the buyer’s expense.
